Who should decide where you get to smoke? The government or the property/business owner?: I'm not sure about the whole public place or not. You should be able to do what ever you'd like in your own home.
Where do you like to smoke?: At my place or my friends.
What do you like to smoke?: I like to smoke, but I don't like writing about it online.
Who should decide what you can smoke--government or the individual?: I think people are free. We are not owned. Therefore, the government shouldn't be able to tell us what to do, especially in our own home.
