'Theater Nights' violate state smoking law, health officials say

As some of you know, back in October when the ban became effective I mentioned at a LP meeting the exception for theatrical productions and thought a smoking theater might be a fun way to protest - Diana Longrie (mayor of Maplewood) was there and encouraged me, but also thought I should have a lawyer on stand-by.

Well what with the Ron Paul campaign I didn't make the time to do anything but I'm glad others did! At this point legal counsel and probably a defense fund is necessary, as our Masters are not amused by our refusal to take their stupid and unconstitutional "law" seriously.

I still think this would be a good case for the Institute of Justice, but I suppose they're too busy defending hair braiders and such...
